Meet our friends!

Here at the Sanctuary we currently care for more than 100 animal residents, from sheep and alpacas to birds galore and cows. Almost all of the residents came from the meat and dairy industries, and they will live out their natural lives here doing whatever makes them happy. We are committed to their well-being, health, and happiness, and it’s a joy to watch them be so carefree since they know they are safe and that their needs will always be met. We also love to introduce visitors to our fuzzy and feathered friends. It’s important to us to educate new (human) friends about the effects of animal agriculture so they can make decisions that are best for their health, farmed animals, and our planet. Please note that while we are not open to the public, monthly patrons and sponsors are always welcome for tours.

Interesting in sponsoring a particular animal on a monthly basis? We offer both half (for large animals) and full monthly sponsorships to help offset costs like food, bedding, vet care, infrastructure, medicine, and supplements. Sponsors receive quarterly email/mail updates about their sponsee with photos, as well as other surprise perks. If there is a particular animal who you know you’d like to sponsor but don’t see on our page, please let us know so we can add them!
